Last updated: 28 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on fliplight.co with Sikorp, MB (company code 307404952, VAT LT100020304618), Sėlių g. 36-4, LT-08125 Vilnius, Lithuania.
1. Who we sell to
FlipLight is sold primarily to businesses (restaurants, bars, hotels and resellers). Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT-registered EU businesses outside Lithuania are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
2. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline orders, for example if stock runs out, and will refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros or US dollars as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the payment methods offered there.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described on our shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Logo engraving
Engraving is available on orders of 25 lights or more. We send a digital proof and only engrave after your approval. Engraved products are made to order and can only be returned if faulty.
6. 30-day trial and returns
You can return non-engraved products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described on the returns page. Consumers keep their statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, water damage (the lights are not water-resistant), or normal wear of the battery capacity. Statutory rights are not affected.
8. Liability
For business customers, our total liability per order is limited to the order value, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Consumers keep all their statutory rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Courts of Vilnius have jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
