- Can we use colours other than amber?
- Yes: 7 ambient colours and 4 brightness levels, set on the station for all lights at once. Red is reserved for the call.
- Won't guests just play with it?
- The novelty wears off fast. Staff simply flip it back, and it becomes part of the ritual.
- How does it work?
- Upright, FlipLight is a warm table light. When a guest wants service they flip it over and it turns red. Your staff see it from across the room. Flip it back, and it's mood light again.
- How long does the battery last?
- 6 to 8 hours per charge: a full evening service. Recharging on the magnetic station takes 4 to 6 hours, so if you run lunch and dinner, top up in between.
