FlipLight for terraces
A bigger terrace shouldn't mean slower service.
Cordless table lights that glow warm at dusk and turn red when a table needs you. Your team sees it from the door, even at the far end.

Out of sight, out of service
From the doorway you can't see the far tables, so guests there wait longest and order least.
Long walks, empty trips
Every check on the outdoor tables is a trip out and back, often for nothing.
Cables don't belong outside
Corded lamps mean extension leads across the paving and a trip hazard between tables.

It glows
Warm table light from the first seating to the last.

They flip
Ready to order or pay? It turns red.

You serve
Your team goes straight to the right table.
What changes on your floor
- Seen from the doorThe red light stands out across the whole terrace, at dusk and after dark.
- Cordless, all evening6–8h battery covers an evening service. No sockets, no cables across the terrace.
- One more round outsideThe aperitif or the next beer gets ordered when guests want it, not when someone happens to walk by.
“The far corner used to be the table nobody wanted. Now it orders like the rest.”
When guests can call you the moment they want something, they order more of it. Move the sliders to match your venue.
For reference: a Wharton study of table-side service technology measured about 11% more sales per minute, mostly from faster service and shorter waits. Your results will vary. Be conservative.

Questions, answered
- What if it rains?
- Use them on covered or dry terraces. They're cordless but not water-resistant, so bring them inside in heavy rain and at closing to charge.
- Is the red easy to see outdoors?
- Yes, especially from late afternoon on. The call is a solid red glow that stands out from the warm ambient light at dusk and after dark. In bright midday sun it's less striking.
- What about the off-season?
- When the terrace closes, the lights go back on the station and work just the same indoors.
- How does it work?
- Upright, FlipLight is a warm table light. When a guest wants service they flip it over and it turns red. Your staff see it from across the room. Flip it back, and it's mood light again.
- How long does the battery last?
- 6 to 8 hours per charge: a full evening service. Recharging on the magnetic station takes 4 to 6 hours, so if you run lunch and dinner, top up in between.
