We deliver to Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Lithuania with tracking. All duties and import fees are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €300 (US$350). Express shipping and smaller orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout, before you pay.
30-day trial and returns
Use FlipLight for a full month of services. If your team doesn't love it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund. We cover return shipping.
- Lights and station must be complete and in reasonable condition.
- Engraved lights are made for you, so they can only be returned if they're faulty.
- Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
2-year warranty
If a light or station stops working within two years, we replace it for free. We ship the replacement first, so you're never a light short during service.
Damaged in transit?
Email a photo to hello@fliplight.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement straight away.
